Classes are Mondays and Thursdays 6 -7 pm. Train your whole body to be ready. Movements integrate Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga concepts mixed with HIIT, pilates, balance, TRX suspension training... actually the only thing we don't do is lift weights while staring in a mirror.
