Kendra Hanna is a registered dietitian and sports nutrition enthusiast who will be offering her invaluable knowlege on how to eat for athletes. She has coached several friends through competitions such as marathons and generally thrives off of sharing her knowlege. In addition to talking to us about recommended daily macros and types of foods to eat when training vs competing she has reserved time for Q&A.
